if the dog's owner is malay, they need to understand malay.
How about if the dog's owner is an indian, of course, they need to understand tamil!!! ah------ne!:)
My indian neighbour has a dog, called brownie.
Brownie barks a lot, and i actually very beh tahan. but brownie will stop barking when his owner don't know shout what thing.!:))
next time when a dog chase you, you gotta be watch out! Is no use if he don't understand "NO". try other language looo :P goodluck
