After mike leave to Japan, I come up with one very meaningful thing for myself.

I rate myself every morning in my planner.when there is a bad mood yesterday, my rate will be so low, and will be a red flag!! so, must faster improve it and implement it today.*yes, i am study aais now.*

For me, this is meaningful as my mood swings everyday. (:
